The European Commission will soon be renewed, bringing a new generation of leadership to the challenge of developing European policy in a fast-changing world. Against this backdrop, the Lisbon Council launches a wide-ranging reflection and cutting-edge research on Digital Futures Forum: DSM 2.0.

And how can Europe build on its evident strengths to deliver a triple win for citizens, governments and digital entrepreneurs alike?
