Charlotte van Ooijen

Associate Director, Digital Government and Data

Before joining the Lisbon Council, Ms van Ooijen was a policy analyst on digital government at the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD). Ms van Ooijen holds a PhD in public administration from Tilburg University and Master’s degrees from the University of Groningen and Radboud University Nijmegen.
