Elisabeth Grosdhomme Lulin

Elisabeth Grosdhomme Lulin is founder and managing director of Paradigmes et caetera, a research and consulting company that she created in 1998. She is member of the Lisbon Council’s governing body, since 2021. Ms Grosdhomme Lulin began her career at the general inspectorate of finance (1991-1994), then joined the prime minister’s office (Edouard Balladur, then Alain Juppé) as project manager and technical advisor. Finally, she headed the marketing and external communication department of the National Institute of Statistics and Economic Studies (1996-1998). Ms Grosdhomme Lulin was administrator of Uni LaSalle, an engineering school dedicated to life and earth sciences (2014-2018). She chaired the board of directors of Ecole Nationale Supérieure de Création Industrielle (ENSCI), the main design school in France (2012-2014). She has been teaching for several years as a lecturer at the Institut d’Études Politiques de Paris (1998-1999) and at the National Conservatory of Arts and Crafts (1995-1999). She is the founder of Futurbulences, a political scenarios laboratory, and served as chair of the executive board of the Aspen France Institute (2007-2010). Ms Grosdhomme Lulin graduated from the Ecole Normale Supérieure (1985), the Institut d’Études Politiques de Paris (1987) and the National School of Administration (1991).
