She holds a joint master’s degree in Euroculture from Uppsala University and Georg-August-University Göttingen, where she specialised in platform regulation and freedom of speech. A graduate of multidisciplinary studies, Stella has developed a deep interest in the intersection of society and technology. In addition to her role at the Lisbon Council, Stella serves as an editor at Metaverse EU, a policy hub dedicated to fostering knowledge and understanding of immersive technologies and their evolving regulatory framework.
