The European Digital Forum is a new think tank spearheaded by the Lisbon Council and Nesta, in collaboration with the Startup Europe Partnership and the European Commission. Announced by Vice-President Neelie Kroes at the World Economic Forum in Davos, its founding partners include the European Investment Fund, Telefónica, Banco Bilbao Vizcaya Argentaria (BBVA) and Orange.
