She has over 26 years of project management experience working in the Regional USAID Mission for Ukraine, Belarus and Moldova on economic development programmess implemented in such areas as education, privatization, accounting reform, local governance, business development, trade, investment, and competitiveness. She holds a MBA from the Kyiv International Management Institute and a PhD equivalent in English from Kyiv Taras Shevchenko National University.
