Francesco Tognoni Martinez de Velasco

Francesco Tognoni Martinez de Velasco is a project associate at the Lisbon Council. He holds a master’s degree in European governance and policies from the Catholic University of Louvain and a bachelor’s degree in political sciences and international relations from the Catholic University of Milan. He also worked at the European External Action Service and supported non-governmental campaigns and activities targeting the youth and centred around digital topics.
