Senior Fellow Digital Government

Tom Loosemore is senior fellow for digital government at the Lisbon Council. He wrote the United Kingdom’s first government digital strategy, and served as the Government Digital Service (GDS) deputy director for five years. Outside government, Mr Loosemore has also worked as the director of digital strategy at the Co-Operative Group, as digital strategy lead at OFCOM, and was responsible for shaping the BBC’s Internet strategy between 2001 and 2007. Currently, he is a partner at Public Digital.
