David Osimo

Director of Research

David Osimo leads Lisbon Council research on areas as diverse as the data economy, digital government and the future of work as well as pioneering novel collaborative methods for policy research. He previously served as scientific officer in the European Commission Joint Research Centre and as co-founder of two independent startups. He holds degrees from the universities of Milan and Cardiff.
