The Lisbon Council and Allianz SE jointly published The 2009 European Growth and Jobs Monitor on 09 March, the authoritative annual ranking of European Union countries based on criteria for economic and social success derived from the Lisbon Agenda.
The study shows that the recession has taken a heavy toll on countries across Europe.
